Smoking Cessation and STOP program

The Loyalist Family Health Team is committed to helping patients quit smoking through our comprehensive Smoking Cessation and STOP (Smoking Treatment for Ontario Patients) Program. This initiative is designed to provide the support, resources, and treatment options necessary for successful smoking cessation. This program includes personalized quit plans, one on one talks with our smoking cessation nurse, nicotine replacement therapy (NRT), prescription medications regular check ins, community resources and comprehensive health supports. The Smoking Cessation and STOP Program at the Loyalist Family Health Team is dedicated to empowering patients to quit smoking and lead healthier lives. Through personalized support, access to effective treatments, and a supportive community, we strive to help our patients achieve and maintain a smoke-free future.
